The Android version of CrossedPaths is now available in the Google Play Store here:
User privacy and safety are obvious concerns with social apps like CrossedPaths.
User privacy was an absolute priority when CrossedPaths was being conceived and developed. CrossedPaths does not share your photos nor your locations with other users.
To minimize abuse and unsavoury behaviour, users are able to dismiss and block users they are matched with. Users can also be flagged by other users which subjects the flagged account to manual review and banning if they are found to be in repeated and flagrant breach of the terms of service.
The terms of service can be viewed here: https://crossedpathsfriends.com/terms-conditions.html
CrossedPaths is a ground-breaking new way to meet new people, make new friends and reconnect with old friends. The app is a tool to connect people who have genuine shared experiences and shared pasts. CrossedPaths is much more than just another run-of-the-mill dating app. It’s a genuine tool to reconnect people who have crossed paths in the past. CrossedPaths uses sophisticated algorithms to match you with people who enjoy doing the same things as you, in the same places and at around the same times as you.
We are now fully engaged in developing the Android version of CrossedPaths – working from home of course…

Mia (from Berlin) and Max (from Frankfurt) are both German. But they crossed paths on the other side of the globe – in Australia. Both were taking a year off travelling around Australia with their respective partners. They all met while working picking fruit for a couple of weeks in Tasmania and again while taking surfing lessons on the Central Coast of New South Wales. After they returned home, Mia and Max come up as CrossedPaths matches, based on their shared experiences in Australia. They started chatting and now that they are both single, well, let’s see where it goes from here…
